We have a stellar team of licensed, professional officiants, ready to serve you on your special day. We also perform destination weddings and are always ready + excited to travel for love! HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE?
Because we officiate weddings across multiple cities, pricing will vary by market. Our current price range is $400-$1200.

WHAT WILL OUR OFFICIANT WEAR?
Officially Oaks understands the important role aesthetics plays in your wedding day. As such, our officiants’ default attire is a solid, tailored suit with a white dress shirt and matching tie. Those who book directly with our lead officiant Luke will receive the choice of 6 color options for his suit. The Officially Oaks officiant team will always appear groomed, well-kept, and photo-ready to ensure you are represented well.

Suits not quite your style? No problem! We can always accommodate an alternative attire to fit your ceremony vision! Whatever your style, Officially Oaks will ensure your officiant’s wardrobe and presentation reflects the atmosphere of your wedding.

HOW DO WE OBTAIN A MARRIAGE LICENSE?
In order to be legally married in Texas, a valid marriage license must be obtained by the couple from a local county clerk’s office in advance of the wedding day (typically no more than 60 days prior). The license does not need to be obtained from the same county in which the wedding will be performed. Both members of the couple must apply for the license together, typically in person and by appointment only. Visit your local county clerk’s website to learn more about the requirements in your area.
