Meet Luke + Caren Oaks
Luke + Caren are a husband and wife duo serving loving couples everywhere.
Their story began at Texas A&M University (whoop!). Bonding over a shared love of creativity, humor, and cheap concert tickets, the pair were quickly inseparable. Once engaged, they couldn’t wait to begin dreaming up their wedding.
Ever organized, the duo began planning and soon found a plethora of incredible venues, photographers, florists and the like… but struggled to find the perfect vendor to perform arguably the most important role of the big day — the officiant.
This untapped opportunity to help others spoke to them, and they quickly set out to provide the empathetic, professional, and inclusive officiant they themselves struggled to find. Caren’s marketing background coupled with Luke’s love of relationship building and public speaking were the perfect pairing. Inspired by their own wedding hashtag #OfficiallyOaks, the company you see today was born.
Since that inception, the pair have married over 350 couples from Texas to New York City; from family homes to grand estates; from Caribbean beaches to your TV screen on Netflix’s Love Is Blind and Lifetime’s Married at First Sight. They credit their success to their strong + loving marriage, unbreakable friendship, and deep admiration for every incredible couple they serve.

Luke is our stellar owner + lead officiant ready to bring your ceremony to life! Based in the Hill Country and serving Austin & San Antonio, he’s passionate about helping couples tell their love story in its truest and most authentic form. Luke is grateful for the opportunity to contribute to your most special day.
With over 250 ceremonies conducted to-date, Luke is the experienced and personable officiant who will set the tone for your beautiful wedding day ahead!

Caren Oaks | Owner + Operator
Proud wife to Luke, Caren oversees every inquiry, email and call! After booking, her role is to ensure that all ceremony content and details leading up to your big day are finalized to your exact specifications.
At any given time, you can find Caren managing all Officially Oaks marketing efforts, emailing with your wedding planners, and getting your dream wedding ceremony finalized!

Onur | Sr. Associate Officiant

Onur serves as the senior associate officiant for Officially Oaks! Based in Northwest Houston (and fluent in Turkish!), you can often find Onur on the running trail, working on his golf game, or on the altar!
Known for his kind demeanor and outgoing personality, Onur’s weddings always bring laughs, (happy!) tears, and memories that will last a lifetime. He’s thankful for the opportunity to play a small role in your big day.
